Can I cancel or change an order once its been placed?
Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Is my personal information safe?
We do not store credit or debit card information on our servers. If you choose to create an account with us we can store your email, name and product order history to make checkout and shopping easier.
We use a leading secure payment gateway to process payment data. We pride ourselves in maintaining and providing one of the highest rate security.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, email email@example.com including, your invoice number, within 3 days of receiving your order. The original shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized. We do not accept returns unless your products arrived damaged.
RPN reserves the right to sole define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at anytime due to:
- An irregular or excessive return history.
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processes within 3-5 days.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery if you live in the United States. After your order is placed, you will received an order conformation email. As soon package ships you will received conformation email.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Please allow 2-8 weeks for international orders. RPN is not responsible for customs, duty, or tax additional charges.
RPN is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, delivered to inbox but not received, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
My order has not arrived. Where is it?
After your order has been shipped, a tracking is sent through email. For further information , please contact USPS customer service. The USPS customer service number is 1-800-275-8777.
We are not responsible for stolen or delayed packages.
